The Board of Directors is comprised of 11 contractor company representatives and 1 owner representative.
To be considered for candidacy, a nominee must be senior level management of an affiliated member firm. Once elected, Board members are required to attend six bi-monthly meetings annually and special meetings when called by the Board President during their two-year term. Formal job descriptions and orientations are given to each new board member at the start of their term.
