Assessments
NCCER, in partnership with the Industrial Skills Assessment Council, Associated Builders & Contractors, Inc., and Associated General Contractors of America have developed the National Craft Assessment and Certification Program (NCACP). NCACP assessments evaluate journey-level knowledge and skills of experienced craftspeople. The core competencies for all assessments are NCCER's standardized Construction and Maintenance Curricula. The assessments may be used for both pre- and post- employment testing. A training prescription will be provided to all craftspeople who are assessed.
For more information, see NCCER's website at http://www.nccer.org/. Registration and additional information is available by telephone from the Construction & Maintenance Education Foundation (CMEF) at 281-478-3900. |
